westfield builds la?

A tutoring program for inner-city high school girls in Santa Monica, LA.
This year Westfield has partnered with Santa Monica PAL. Every Saturday, a group of committed college girls volunteer to tutor high school girls in academics. The subjects we cover are Math & Science as well as English & Lit. 

Who can participate? 

Committed college students who want to make an impact in their community. The teachers commit to volunteer at least two Saturdays a month from 11:00am-1:00pm. 

Along the year Westfield provides teachers with training opportunities and classes to give them the tools to be the best role models for their students.
