Do you want to make an impact this summer?
Whether it’s building homes, feeding the homeless or assisting the sick or elderly, community service projects are a fruitful way to spend the summer and bring about a positive change. Westfield Builds LA (WBLA) is a week-long program where you can learn how to become agents for positive change while doing on-the-ground volunteer work with local social initiatives.
Throughout the program, you will stay at Westfield where you will also delve more deeply into the social doctrine of the Catholic Church and learn how to respond to the needs of today's society with a clear sense of the dignity of the persons and communities we are all striving to serve. You will have a fun summer in LA as well as enrich your college experience, grow through serving others and contribute to the building up of society!
Requirements
Entering college or already in college
Must be available to stay in Westfield Residence for the entire duration of the program
